- Each paper must be accompanied by at least one full registration (regular or IEEE Member if applies) and payment to guarantee publication in the proceedings
- Every HSI 2010 Conference participant (Author, Co-author, Visitor, Student etc.) should REGISTER and pay the registration fee.
