The second copyright form (called Transfer of the copyright) we need here in the host country of HSI 2010 Conference, to legally publish conference proceedings. Therefore, you are kindly requested to print this form (available here), sign it by the main (corresponding) Author only, and mail to us by the surface mail without delay.
